Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, returns, and shipping work for orders placed through Wishkr.
Wishkr offers different types of gifts, including digital gift cards, custom hampers, personalized gifts, experiences, and partner-fulfilled products. Refund, return, cancellation, and delivery rules may vary depending on the gift type.
1. Digital Gift Cards / Vouchers
Digital gift cards and vouchers are usually non-returnable and non-refundable once issued, because they are generated digitally and may be redeemable immediately.
A refund or replacement may be considered only if:
- Payment was successful but the voucher was not issued.
- Duplicate payment was made.
- Wrong voucher was issued due to an error by Wishkr or its fulfilment partner.
- Voucher is invalid and cannot be replaced or reissued.
- Order could not be fulfilled by Wishkr or the gift card provider.
For future-dated gift-card orders, cancellation may be possible before the voucher is issued. Once the voucher is issued, it usually cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Custom Hampers / Personalized Gifts
Custom hampers, personalized gifts, branded gifts, and made-to-order products are non-returnable once confirmed, sourced, customized, packed, or dispatched.
Cancellation may be possible only before the fulfilment partner starts sourcing, customization, packing, or fulfilment.
Refund or replacement may be considered if:
- Order is not delivered.
- Wrong item is delivered.
- Item is damaged during delivery.
- Delivered product is materially different from the confirmed order.
Customers must report damaged, wrong, missing, or materially different items within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
3. Flowers, Cakes, Food & Perishable Gifts
Perishable items such as cakes, flowers, chocolates, food hampers, and fresh products are non-returnable.
Refund or replacement may be considered only if:
- Order was not delivered.
- Wrong item was delivered.
- Item arrived damaged or spoiled.
- Issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof.
4. Experience Gifts / Bookings
Experience gifts, such as private theatre bookings or similar partner-led services, are subject to partner availability and partner cancellation/rescheduling policies.
No refund may be available for:
- No-shows.
- Late arrival.
- Cancellation after the allowed window.
- Change requests too close to the booking time.
- Customer-side incorrect information.
If the partner allows cancellation or rescheduling, Wishkr will help coordinate the request.
5. Cancellation By Customer
Customers may request cancellation by contacting Wishkr as soon as possible.
Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on:
- Gift type.
- Order status.
- Whether voucher has been issued.
- Whether customization has started.
- Whether item has been packed or shipped.
- Partner cancellation policy.
- Delivery/booking timeline.
6. Cancellation By Wishkr
Wishkr may cancel an order if:
- Payment fails.
- Product or voucher is unavailable.
- Partner cannot fulfil the order.
- Delivery location is not serviceable.
- Customer details are incomplete or incorrect.
- Fraud or misuse is suspected.
- Operational or technical issues prevent fulfilment.
If Wishkr cancels a paid order, an eligible refund will be initiated.
7. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved by Wishkr, it will be initiated to the original payment method.
Normal refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect, depending on the payment gateway, bank, UPI app, card issuer, or payment method.
Instant refunds, if available, may be processed faster and may be subject to payment gateway availability or charges.
Payment gateway charges, instant refund charges, partner cancellation charges, or already-incurred fulfilment costs may be deducted where applicable and legally permitted.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Wishkr delivers orders through digital channels, fulfilment partners, vendor delivery teams, domestic courier companies, local logistics partners, and partner-led service confirmations, depending on the gift type.
Delivery timelines depend on:
- Gift type.
- Delivery city.
- Delivery address.
- Partner availability.
- Courier/logistics availability.
- Customer-selected delivery date.
- Customization requirements.
Digital gift cards are delivered through WhatsApp, email, or another digital channel after successful payment or on the scheduled delivery date.
Physical gifts are usually shipped or delivered within 1-7 working days from the date of order/payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation, subject to courier, vendor, logistics, and fulfilment partner norms.
Custom, personalized, branded, or made-to-order gifts may take longer depending on sourcing, customization, partner availability, and delivery city.
Delivery will be made to the recipient address provided by the customer at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated before payment. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once the order is shipped, dispatched, digitally issued, or delivery has been attempted, unless the refund is approved due to an error by Wishkr or its fulfilment partner.
9. Delivery Issues
Tracking may be available for courier-shipped orders where the courier or logistics partner provides a tracking ID or tracking link. If available, tracking details will be shared through WhatsApp, email, SMS, or another supported communication channel.
For local partner deliveries, perishable gifts, digital gift cards, and experience bookings, live courier-style tracking may not always be available. Wishkr will share order updates or delivery/service confirmation wherever possible.
Wishkr is not responsible for delivery failure or delay caused by:
- Incorrect address.
- Incorrect phone number.
- Recipient unavailable.
- Restricted delivery location.
- Weather.
- Courier delays.
- Local restrictions.
- Partner-side delays.
- Force majeure events.
Wishkr is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, logistics partners, or fulfilment partners. However, Wishkr will make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery issues.
If redelivery is possible, additional charges may apply.

11. Final Decision
Refunds, cancellations, replacements, returns, and rescheduling requests are reviewed case-by-case based on gift type, order status, partner policy, payment status, and proof submitted.
Wishkr will try to resolve issues fairly, but digital, customized, perishable, and partner-confirmed orders may not always be eligible for refund.
