Welcome to Wishkr. By accessing our website, contacting us on WhatsApp, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Wishkr
Wishkr is an occasion-led gifting platform that helps customers discover and purchase gifts such as digital gift cards, curated hampers, custom gifts, experiences, and partner-fulfilled products.
Wishkr may fulfil some orders directly and may coordinate other orders through third-party fulfilment partners, gift card providers, delivery partners, and vendors.
2. Use Of Our Services
You agree to use Wishkr only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate customer, recipient, delivery, and payment information while placing an order.
Wishkr may refuse, cancel, or hold any order if we suspect fraud, incorrect information, misuse, payment issues, unavailability, or operational risk.
3. Orders And Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by Wishkr or the relevant fulfilment partner.
Payments may be collected through payment gateways, UPI, payment links, or other approved payment methods.
Prices, discounts, availability, delivery timelines, and partner terms may vary by gift type, location, and fulfilment partner.
4. Digital Gift Cards / Vouchers
Digital gift cards and vouchers are usually issued by third-party providers or brand partners. Once issued, digital gift cards/vouchers are generally non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable unless there is a proven issue such as failed issuance, duplicate payment, invalid voucher, or wrong voucher caused by Wishkr or its fulfilment partner.
Brand-specific terms and conditions may apply to all gift cards and vouchers.
5. Custom Gifts And Hampers
Custom hampers, personalized gifts, branded gifts, and made-to-order products may be prepared based on the customer's requirement. Once confirmed or prepared, such orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund except in cases of non-delivery, wrong item, damage, or material mismatch from the confirmed order.
6. Experiences And Bookings
Experience-based gifts, such as private theatre bookings or similar services, are subject to partner availability and partner cancellation/rescheduling policies. Wishkr will help coordinate, but final fulfilment depends on the relevant partner.
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on the gift type, delivery city, delivery address, partner availability, courier availability, and customer-selected delivery date.
Wishkr is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address, unavailable recipient, weather, courier delays, local restrictions, partner-side delays, or force majeure events. However, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery issues.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing correct:
- Name.
- Phone number.
- Email, if required.
- Recipient details.
- Delivery address.
- Delivery date.
- Gift message.
- Customization details.
- Any product restrictions or preferences.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability, refund or redelivery may not be guaranteed.
9. Cancellations, Returns And Refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy.
10. Third-Party Partners
Wishkr may use third-party partners for gift cards, products, experiences, shipping, delivery, payments, communication, and fulfilment. Their terms may apply in addition to Wishkr's policies.
11. Limitation Of Liability
Wishkr will make reasonable efforts to provide a reliable gifting experience. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Wishkr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
12. Changes To Terms
Wishkr may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
