How do I know a gift will reach my recipient's pincode?

Each product page has a pincode check. Some gifts are fulfilled by local partners and reach a limited set of cities, while others ship across India. Enter the delivery pincode before ordering to confirm serviceability and the earliest delivery date.

What should I do if a gift arrives damaged or incorrect?
