1. Overview
Wishkr helps customers discover and send gifts through our website, WhatsApp, and partner-led fulfilment. Depending on the gift type, orders may be delivered digitally or physically through Wishkr's fulfilment partners, gift card providers, domestic courier companies, local delivery partners, or vendor delivery teams.
2. Shipping And Delivery Methods
- Digital gift cards and vouchers are delivered through WhatsApp, email, SMS, or another supported digital channel.
- Physical gifts such as hampers, personalized gifts, flowers, cakes, chocolates, and other products may be delivered by Wishkr's fulfilment partners, vendor delivery teams, domestic courier companies, or local logistics partners.
- Experience gifts or bookings are delivered as service confirmations through WhatsApp, email, or another digital channel, unless a partner requires a different process.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Digital gift cards are usually delivered after successful payment or on the scheduled delivery date agreed during order confirmation.
- Physical gifts are usually shipped or delivered within 1-7 working days from the date of order/payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation.
- Custom, personalized, branded, or made-to-order gifts may take longer depending on sourcing, customization, partner availability, and delivery city.
- Same-day or scheduled-date delivery may be available for selected products and selected serviceable locations.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to courier, postal, vendor, and fulfilment partner norms.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, delivery charges, packaging charges, partner charges, convenience fees, or express delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated before payment confirmation. All charges are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).
Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable once the order is shipped, dispatched, digitally issued, or delivery has been attempted, unless the refund is approved due to an error by Wishkr or its fulfilment partner.
5. Delivery Address
Delivery will be made to the recipient address provided by the customer at the time of order confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient name, phone number, delivery address, delivery date, and any special delivery instructions.
Wishkr is not responsible for failed delivery, delay, or additional charges caused by incorrect address, incorrect phone number, incomplete details, recipient unavailability, or restricted delivery locations.
6. Tracking And Delivery Confirmation
Tracking may be available for courier-shipped orders where the courier or logistics partner provides a tracking ID or tracking link. If available, tracking details will be shared by WhatsApp, email, SMS, or another supported communication channel.
For local partner deliveries, perishable gifts, digital gift cards, and experience bookings, live courier-style tracking may not always be available. In such cases, Wishkr will share order updates or delivery/service confirmation through WhatsApp, email, SMS, or another supported channel wherever possible.
7. Courier, Postal, Vendor, And Partner Delays
Wishkr will make reasonable efforts to coordinate timely delivery. However, Wishkr is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, logistics partners, vendor-side delays, local restrictions, weather, traffic, strikes, public holidays, recipient unavailability, incorrect customer details, or force majeure events.
If a delay occurs, Wishkr will help coordinate with the relevant courier, vendor, or fulfilment partner wherever possible.
