Let's say you want to gift something to someone through the Wishkr AI bot. The bot may ask you about the occasion, your gift preferences, your budget, and the person you want to surprise. If the recipient's address is already available with us, we do not share that address back with you. Instead, we simply let you know that the address is available and guide you to choose a gift from the Wishkr website.

Once you select and purchase the gift, the recipient's address is shared only with the vendor for delivery purposes. The vendor receives only the information required to dispatch the gift to the right person at the right place.

If the recipient's address is not available, Wishkr may request it from the recipient directly, with their consent. Even then, the address is not shown to the person buying the gift. It is used only to complete the delivery.

This means you can send a thoughtful gift without needing to ask for someone's private address again and again. And the recipient can feel safe knowing their personal details are not being passed around unnecessarily.

At Wishkr, we do not ask for sensitive information that feels like an invasion of privacy. We do not ask for OTPs. We do not expose personal details to gift buyers. We share delivery information only when needed, only with the vendor, and only for the purpose of dispatching the gift.
